    UTVs Factory offers a 12 month engine and a 90 day defective parts warranty

from purchase date of the product, unless otherwise stated. Warranty stays effective only if the unit is completely and correctly assembled by end user; the unit has been used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose; and the unit receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. 

    The Highlights of Manufacturer Limited Warranty

• Warranty only covers the defective parts and does not cover any labor cost for removing parts from unit or installing the replacement parts. Defective parts must be returned in exchange for new replacement parts, as this will ensure we send you the correct parts and assist us in monitoring and correcting potential manufacturer defects.

• Warranty does not cover shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges of any defective parts, unless otherwise stated. The new replacement parts under warranty will be shipped to buyer at no additional costs.

• Warranty does not cover towing charges for any reason.

• Warranty does not cover filter, hoses, lubricants, or gaskets

• Warranty does not cover the normal wear-and-tear parts such as tires, brake pads, lights, or battery.

• Warranty does not cover the Body Panels, which Body Panels include foam roll bar covering, , rear view/side view mirrors and the denudations of canvas tops on the UTV.

• Warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages, such as the cost of a rental car, loss of income, towing charges, telephone calls, property damage, or legal fees and costs.

• Warranty does not cover damages from extreme riding, racing, or competition

• Warranty does not cover for damage from use as a commercial or rental vehicle

• Warranty does not cover damage from vandalism, fire or theft, crash or accident

• Warranty is void if warranty unit has in any way been modified by the customer.
