Shipping payment

        The shipping is free, but it will be charged if the unit is returned.

Product Packaging

        The vehicle is completely enclosed within a steel tubing crate covered with cardboard for extra protection. To save the shipping costs, the vehicles come 90% assembled. Final assembly usually takes two hours with a step by step assembly instructions.

Shipping Method:

1.  Regular shipping from our warehouse:

Individuals who order less than one container load will receive the units from our designated in-country warehouse. Your vehicle will be shipped within three days after the order is made and may take approximately 7 days to arrive at your door step.

 

2.  Rush shipping:

RUSH order service is available at a cost of $70. Individuals who order with rush shipping will have their vehicle shipped within 24 hours from our designated warehouse. If for any reason we cannot get the order processed and shipped out within 24 hours, we will refund your rush charge and ship it as quickly as possible.

 

3.  Shipping directly from our factory:

Dealers and wholesalers who order at least one container load will have the cargo directly shipped from the factory. Shipping from the factory will take approximately 30 days at sea and 7 days inland. It is the cheapest method of obtaining the product.

 

4.  Shipping at a bargain:

We will be delighted to pass on savings to individual buyers for whom time of delivery is not a major issue. As every step of the shipping process costs money, we can only save costs by reducing the steps. If you are willing to wait until a group of 8 units is reached in an order, we will arrange for the container load to ship directly from our factory, after which we will arrange the delivery of the unit from the designated seaport to your doorstep. There will not be any difference in regular delivery, but a difference in shipping costs. For this method of shipping, you would only need to call our Customer Service Center at 972-354-47487 to purchase your units in advance.

        Individual buyers who order less than one container will have their shipping handled by a third party firm (FedEx, UPS, DHL Ground) and should follow third party shipping policy.

        Dealers and wholesalers who purchase at least one container load will follow the designated shipping company's policy and will agree to provide the necessary resources to unload the units when it arrives at the door. The driver will provide 2 hours of waiting time for live-unloading of the container, and $85 per hour thereafter.

Delivery Notice:

     The shipping company will call you one day prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time. Be sure to provide two or more daytime phone numbers so that the company can contact you to arrange delivery time. In some cases you may need to pick your unit up at your local terminal.  All you will need is a pick-up truck or a small utility trailer. The shipping company will load or unload the UTV for you.

Delivery with damage on arrival

      Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If you notice any damage, please record it on the delivery slip and take photos if possible. Ask the driver to witness and sign the slip, then notify us immediately. At the same time keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, packing material, etc...), as the shipping firm may come to inspect the package.

     Buyers must agree that you will not refuse the package. If you refuse the shipment, a 30% refusal of shipment fee will be charged to your account. Minor damages can be taken care of directly without going through a long claims process. We will not leave you with a damaged product.

Defective items or problems in performance:

      If you believe your product is defective or experiencing functional problems, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will either help you solve the specific problem, provide you with any relevant warranty information, or assist you with the replacement of parts.

Shipping insurance for individual buyers

      Since these orders are shipped via a third party trucking company, buyers must follow the rules of the shipping company. We strongly encourage you as a buyer to purchase shipping insurance to protect your investment against loss or damage which may occur during transit. Shipping insurance is about 3% of your total sales price. It will protect your vehicle in the event of a lost shipment or shipping damage. New replacement parts will be shipped to you immediately at no additional cost. Buyers who wish to decline the purchase of shipping insurance may not be protected in the event of a lost or damaged shipment. Though we will file a claim on your behalf with the shipping company, it may be declined as no insurance was purchased. Please understand that damaged or lost shipments do occur so we encourage all buyers to insure their investments. Please contact us via phone or email if you wish to purchase shipping insurance to your order.

      Any buyers must acknowledge and agree to NOT take legal action against us, including but not limit to our employees, officers, directors, trustees, etc to seek damages for any lost or damaged vehicles which were not insured.

Not covered by our shipping policy:

• We can not guarantee delivery schedule.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays.

• We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipment

• We are not responsible for any extra costs incurred by the customer after the product has been shipped.

• We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation of the order

     If the order is canceled by purchaser after the item has been shipped, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
