Vehicle Return Policy

        Your satisfaction is our primary goal. We want you to be pleased your order. If you are not satisfied, we will be glad to accept returns of unused vehicles if the vehicle is in its original manufacturer's packaging, unused and in new condition, including all accessories and manuals within a 7-day grace period after the day of receipt of the vehicle for a full refund minus a 30% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for returning the vehicle at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will be deducted from the refund amount.

        All items to be returned require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To receive an RMA#, it must be in writing via email. Our customer service staff will be glad to help you with your return and provide you with all the necessary information. Please note that returns can not be accepted without prior authorization.

Please read following agreement completely before making a purchase:

1. Only individual buyers are eligible for the return. Dealers and wholesalers are ineligible for returns.

2. A request for return MUST be received within 7 days of the receiving date and is valid for 10 days thereafter. Requests for returns on any date thereafter will not be eligible for return.

3. A vehicle is ineligible for return if the vehicle has been used, the packing opened, or if the vehicle has been placed in non-standard packing.

4. A vehicle is ineligible for return if the vehicle is damaged, cracked, has bent shafts, or is missing documentation, accessories and/or packaging.

5. A vehicle is ineligible for return if the vehicle is assembled, fueled, or used in any way. Fueled vehicles contain gasoline which is hazardous and due to safety precautions, will not be returned.

6. A vehicle is ineligible for return if it has undergone any alterations, abuse, negligence, accidents or has not received proper maintenance.

7. All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount.

8. Shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. The buyer is responsible for all freight charges including the first shipment and return shipment.

9. A vehicle is ineligible for return if returned item does not arrive in the place where it was sent, or otherwise instructed.

        When returning the vehicle to the warehouse, make sure that the box is clearly labeled with your sales order number. We will not accept any returns that are without the sales order number clearly visible on the outside of the box.

        Upon receipt and inspection, UTVs Factory will refund the amount to your account. We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 30 days for processing and refund.

        Purchases of vehicle parts are final and non-returnable.
